This form enables your to request a quote for translating 2D mechanical drawings to 3D Solid Edge models. The offer we can make depends on the quality of your input. Only after reviewing the complete set of drawings, we will send you a final offer. All files will be indiviually modelled. This means that every part file will be parametric within itself and their will be no links or dependencies to assemblies or other parts. This is what we call bottom up modelling. A main assembly is the top level product containing subassemblies and parts.
The total number of parts is the number of parts AND subassemblies including all occurrences, including nuts, bolts, etc.
A subassembly is an assembly within the main assembly containing parts and/or subassemblies.
Unique parts have different shapes. Most likely they have unique part numbers and/or unique drawing numbers.
This number does NOT contain subassemblies and non-graphic parts as glue, grease, paint etc.
Complex parts are molded (plastic) parts, parts with more than 2 production methodes (milled, turned and drilled), sheetmetal parts with more than 4 bends, parts with complex curvature or complex surfaces, etc.
We only need 1 example for every group of parts. Examples must contain every information you need on all drawings for production purposes, eg. callouts, tolerances etc.
Start up cost apply on orders under euro 2000.
The delivery time is calculated from the day all needed information has been received by Hörchner & Hammersma for modeling and drafting.
